Hey Everyone, Mi has recently launched their new laptops in Mi Notebook Series. These laptops come with some decent specifications and a metal build. So today we’re going to talk about their specifications, and etc.

Mi Notebook
In this, they have launched two laptops with two configuration options in each. There are two laptops named Mi Notebook Pro and Mi Notebook Ultra. Majorly there’s a difference between their Displays. Let’s talk about their specifications.
Performance
The first option is with Intel® Core™ i5-11300H 11th Gen Processor. It is clocked at 4.4GHz with a Turbo Boost of up to 5GHz. It has Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics.
There’s an option in Mi Notebook Ultra- Intel® Core™ i7-11370H 11th Gen Tiger Lake processor. It is clocked at 4.8GHz with a Turbo Boost of up to 5GHz. It has Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics.
Memory & Storage
Both Offer two storage variants in Both configurations. There is an 8GB and a 16GB DDR4 RAM option clocked at 3200MHz. All the variants have a 512GB PCIe NVMe SSD storage option.
Multimedia
There is a 14” IPS display in Mi Notebook Pro. Mi calls this TrueLife Display. This display has 100% sRGB Wide Colour Gamut. It is a 2.5K (2560×1600) Resolution display with a 16:10 aspect ratio and 215PPI.
In Mi Notebook Ultra there’s a 15.6” IPS Display with a 90Hz refresh rate. This is a TrueLife+ Display as per Mi. It is a 3.2K (3200×2000) Display with a 16:10 aspect ratio and 242PPI. This Display also has a 100% sRGB Wide Colour Gamut.
Lastly, there are 2x2W speakers and an in-built Microphone. There’s also the support of DTS audio processing. And they have a 3.5mm combo jack.
Connectivity
Both have the Latest Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1. There’s a Type C port for charging and data transfer. There’s also a Thunderbolt 4 port for Charging and Data Transfer. They have a USB A 3.2 gen 1 and a USB A 2.0. And, for security, it has an FP reader. Also, this time they have integrated Webcam and Mic for Video Conferences. Lastly, an HDMI and a Combo AUX Jack.
Keyboard and Trackpad
Both have a normal keyboard without Number Pad. It is a keyboard with Scissor Mechanism and level 3 backlit. In Mi Notebook Ultra there’s 1.5mm deep key travel and 1.3mm in Mi Notebook Pro. Both have a decent size Touchpad like MacBook.
Build and Design
In terms of design, these laptops are a true copy of MacBook. Both have an Aluminium Chassis. These are lightweight and slim laptops for office and student uses. The Ultra Variant weighs 1.7Kgs and the Pro weighs 1.4Kgs. And, both have approximately 17mm thickness.
Battery and Charging
Mi Notebook Ultra has a 70 Watt-hour battery which will last up to 12Hours. And the Mi Notebook Pro has a 56 Watt-hour battery which will last up to 11Hours. Both have 65W via a Type C port.

- i7- ₹72,999 for 16GB variant.
Mi Notebook Ultra-
- i5- ₹59,999 for 8GB variant.
- i5- ₹63,999 for 16GB variant.
- i7- ₹76,999 for 16GB variant.
Conclusion
For the top-end variant of it, we must say you can also look at other laptops at the same price. It is a decent offering but we can expect a dedicated GPU for the price.
