Specifications of the new MacBook Pro
According to some investor notes by MacRumors, Apple is rumoured to launch two variants of this Pro lineup, the 14 and 16-inch sizes. The MacBook Pro will contain the M1 chip that Apple launched in November 2020. We can also confirm that Apple will not put any latest chipset in this MacBook Pro. The listing confirms the battery capacity to be around 8,693 mAh/11.45V. However, it will be a smaller battery size than the present MacBook Pro, which Apple has possibly done to reduce the size and make it much slimmer and lightweight. Apple’s silicon chips are much more powerful than intel, and they are better in battery efficiency. So reducing the battery size won’t harm much.
The bezels will be much slimmer, and they will also contain the HDMI port and an SD card slot. These new pros could also feature the MagSafe wireless charging, which the company introduced in the iPhone 12 series last year.
