PUBG Mobile, a very famous battle royale game was banned in India in the previous year. It was one of the most popular mobile games in India before the ban. PUBG was assumed to be banned because of its Chinese connection with Tencent.
After the ban, many other games such as Free Fire and Call of Duty Mobile grew much in popularity. These games tried to mimic the features of PUBG. The craze for this famous battle royale game hasn’t gone down since the ban. People were hoping for it to return anytime soon because of the hype being created by the tech community.
And Hola! Krafton, the company behind PUBG announced another battle royale game called “Battleground Mobile India”. The teasers and posters depict that the game will be very similar to its predecessor PUBG mobile. Krafton has made BGMI specifically for India. In this article, we will be sharing with you some authentic info about this new game “BGMI” and every detail briefly and crisply.

New Rules for the new game?
Although BGMI will be very similar to the PUBG game in the sense of gameplay, Krafton has implemented many changes to its terms and conditions.
We have listed each of them one by one below-
Parents consent for minors
The new game requires parental consent for any person below the age of 18 years to play the game. Due to cases of addiction in children because of PUBG, Krafton has taken a big step to curb the bad influence of these games.
Time limit for minors
Krafton has made a new rule for minors below the age of 18. They will only be able to play the game for 3 hours (according to sources). Parents will be able to ban the child ID if they feel that he/she is misusing the privilege of this new game
Daily limit for inventory spending
Krafton has set a limit to the number of money minors can spend on inventory purchases. A maximum of 7000 rupees can be spent on inventory purchases in a day. Nothing more than that can be spent in a day by minors. Krafton may not call the in-game currency as UC(as in PUBG). ..It will reportedly be cheaper than the latter.
Map changes?
According to our sources, The maps in BGMI will be very similar to that of PUBG. But they will do some changes to the names. Krafton will introduce slightly tampered names of maps and locations. We can differentiate between These two games because of the difference in names. For example- Erangel can be Erangle(just an example).BGMI social handles posted this information a few days back.

Pre Registration!
The pre-registrations for BGMI went live on 18th May 2021. The game is available for pre-registration only for android. Leaks suggest that the game will not go for pre-registrations on iOS and will be directly launched on the platform. The size of the app will be around 400 to 600 Mb.
The minimum requirements to play this game is Android 5.1.1 and a minimum 2Gb ram. The game will also require a stable internet connection to play.
Launch date of BGMI?
According to some professional players, the game will be launched reportedly at the end of the 3rd week of June. Gamers have also teased a date of 18th June on their social media handles(you know who it is ????) for the launch of this new game. Although, after all these leaks, we can confirm that the game can launch in June positively this time.
Can BGMI be banned (again)?
It seems it may not, the government cannot ban this game again this time. Because Krafton has made this game keeping in mind the rules of the government. Although the government can ban this game on any other basis other than the previously assumed reasons.
