OnePlus has announced its new charging technology that is set to debut with the upcoming OnePlus 11. The company claims this new technology will allow for a full charge in just 15 minutes.
The charging technology, called Warp Charge 50, is an evolution of the company’s existing Warp Charge 30T. It uses a dual-cell battery design, with each cell having a power of 3,500mAh. This allows for a total power of 7,000mAh and a peak power of 10V/5A.
OnePlus claims that this technology will be able to charge a phone with a 4,000mAh battery from 1% to 100% in just 15 minutes. This is a significant improvement over the existing Warp Charge 30T, which can charge a phone with a 4,000mAh battery from 1% to 50% in just 15 minutes.
This new charging technology will debut with the OnePlus 11, which is expected to be announced sometime in the coming months. It will be interesting to see if other smartphone manufacturers will adopt similar technology in the future.
